Beowulf
This bold reimagining of the epic Beowulf returns to its roots in oral tradition, brought to life through the power of spoken word and movement. At the heart of the performance is a single storyteller—an anchoring voice guiding the tale—while professional dancers embody the battles, monsters, and emotional undercurrents through powerful choreography.
How to Find Peace Within
Led by a man who has spent much of his life living simply and apart from modern society, this intimate workshop invites participants to explore what it means to find peace within. Drawing from his years of self-sufficiency, and deep connection to the land, he shares gentle practices rooted in silence, slowness, and seasonal living. Through quiet reflection, storytelling, and hands-on grounding activities, participants will be guided to reconnect with their own inner rhythms—away from noise, expectation, and distraction
